1. Candidate Data Collection
When you register a profile on Hire Bhai, we collect personal identity parameters, including your full name, email address, phone number, qualification history, city/location, skills, expected salary, and preferred job roles. This data is collected to compile your profile and generate your Smart Job Match Score.
2. Resume and Media Storage
Your uploaded resume PDF and optional profile photos are stored securely using cloud-based hosting (Cloudinary fallbacks or local servers). Access to these files is restricted: only verified administrators at Hire Bhai and hiring managers associated with matching corporate postings can view and download candidate resumes. We do not sell or expose candidate resumes to third-party marketing directories.
3. Payment Screen Protection
When you manually scan our UPI handle and upload a payment screenshot, the receipt images and copied UPI reference transaction numbers are used solely by our Kolkata administration team to audit, verify, and activate your candidate account. Billing records are encrypted in our database logs and are never exposed publicly.
4. Data Retention & User Rights
Candidates retain full control over their profiles. You can log in to your Candidate Dashboard and edit your professional details, qualification credentials, or upload an updated resume PDF at any time. To request a complete deletion of your account and purge all databases logs, please connect directly with our support desk at support@hirebhai.com.
