Hire Bhai operates a subscription-based platform. Access to our premium job application features, interview schedules, and profile matching tools requires an active subscription of ₹299 per month.

All payments are made manually via UPI (scanning our QR code or transferring to our designated UPI ID) or via direct cash at our regional Kolkata office. We do not support automatic recursive card billing; candidates must submit their UPI Reference ID and receipt screenshot through the candidate portal for administrative verification to renew access every 30 days.

Note: Submitting fraudulent receipts, expired transaction IDs, or duplicate payment proofs will lead to an immediate and permanent ban of the user profile without any warning.

Hire Bhai stands for complete candidate transparency. We charge ZERO placement fees, ZERO consultancy commissions, and ZERO hidden post-selection charges.

The ₹299 monthly subscription is a flat platform maintenance and service fee that funds our interactive UI, resume parser, coordinate tracking systems, and dedicated candidate support coordinators. Neither Hire Bhai nor any of its staff will ever ask you for a cut of your salary, security deposits, or placement percentages.

Due to the digital and service-oriented nature of the Hire Bhai platform, all payments of ₹299 are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment submission is verified and an account is upgraded to active status, you gain immediate access to database resources, premium job applications, and administrative coordination services. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

Hire Bhai provides interview assistance, matches candidate profiles using our mathematical matching engine, and schedules coordinates for corporate interview loops. However, Hire Bhai does not guarantee selection, job placement, or placement outcomes under any circumstances.

The final selection decision rests entirely with the hiring companies, depending on candidate skills, background suitability, interview performance, and corporate requirements.

Hire Bhai shall not be held liable for any disappointment, cost, or inconvenience caused if a candidate is rejected during or after an interview loop coordinated through our system.
